We are the data controller. This policy complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide directly: When you complete the order form, you provide your full name and telephone number. When you complete the contact form, you provide your name, email address and message. In both cases you provide a consent confirmation via a checkbox.

Automatically collected data: When you visit the Site, certain data is collected automatically, including your IP address (anonymised where analytics tools allow), browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time on page.

Cookie and analytics data: We use Google Analytics (where you have consented) to collect aggregated information about Site usage - including approximate location at country/city level, session duration, device type and pages viewed. We also use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing cookies where you have consented to marketing. Full detail is in Sections 10 and 11.

  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
  • To improve our Site via anonymised usage analysis
  • To measure advertising effectiveness and, where consented, to show relevant adverts on other platforms

3. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR Article 6)

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing your name, address and phone number to confirm and fulfil your order.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Anonymised analytics data and server logs for operating a secure, functional website.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Analytics and marketing cookies where you have accepted via the cookie banner. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): Financial record-keeping and consumer protection compliance.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with: courier and fulfilment partners (name and delivery address only, for dispatch); third-party service providers including Google (under data processing agreements); legal and regulatory authorities where required by law; and in the event of a business transfer, the relevant acquirer (with advance notice to you).

5. Data protection

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls and regular review of data handling practices. No electronic transmission is completely secure; if you believe your data has been compromised, contact us at [email protected] immediately.

  • Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction: Ask us to restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
  • Portability: Receive data provided by you in a structured, machine-readable format where processing is consent- or contract-based and automated.

7. International transfers

We keep data in the UK wherever possible. Third-party services including Google may transfer data outside the UK. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place: adequacy decisions recognised by the UK Government, or Standard Contractual Clauses / UK International Data Transfer Agreements.
